Volvo V40 with interesting history for sale

This 2004 2.0-litre non-turbo automatic Volvo V40 is currently listed for sale on Facebook.
The ad says it has only 100,000 km and has been unregistered since December 2002, and that it has overheating issues.
It is also mentioned that the car was used in some sort of art exhibit called "Scripture for a smoke screen: Episode 1 – dolphin house" by the artist Amrita Hepi. The art includes dancing, the Volvo and an inflatable dolphin.
The price is $4,400 which is very high for a V40 with no registration and a potentially major mechanical issue. Maybe the seller has added a premium due to the art association?
