My supercharged 318is hits 300,000km

Today my 1998 BMW 318is reached 300,000 km (186411 miles), and is still going strong.

Not bad for a car with an aftermarket supercharger fitted for most of its life.

I haven't updated on the car lately because not much has gone wrong. The only recent issue was that the airbag warning light came on but went out after I reconnected the plugs under the passenger seat.

Everything else has been okay with the car and my fuel economy has somehow improved, my latest averages being around 6.9 l/100km (34 mpg).

Also, I think I might be starting to like the eBay short shifter.
