Part of the Volvo Modular Engine family. 1.9 L (1,855 cc) straight-four. Bore is 81 mm (3.2 in) and stroke is 90 mm (3.5 in) with a compression ratio of 8.5:1. It is turbocharged and intercooled with a power output of 200 PS (147 kW; 197 hp) at 5500 rpm with 300 Nm (220 lb-ft) of torque at 2400-3600 rpm. It is equipped with Siemens EMS 2000 engine management and is equipped with a TD04L-14T turbocharger.
